Whereas in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (o) of sub section (2) of section 92 read with section 31 of Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006)  the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India hereby made the following Regulations, namely,- 


FOOD SAFETY AND STANDARDS (LICENSING AND REGISTRATION OF FOOD BUSINESSES), REGULATIONS 2011 


Schedule 4 (See Regulation 2.1.2) General Hygienic and Sanitary practices to be followed by Food Business operators

Part I - General Hygienic and Sanitary practices to be followed by Petty Food Business Operators applying for Registration (See Regulation 2.1.1(2))

Part-II (See Regulation 2.1.1(4)) General Requirements on Hygienic and Sanitary Practices to be followed by all Food Business Operators applying for License

PART IV (See Regulation 2.1.2 (1)(5)) Specific Hygienic and Sanitary Practices to be followed by Food Business Operators engaged in manufacture, processing, storing and selling of Meat and Meat Products
